Award Ceremonies

The Ballroom General Sessions and evening awards presentations in the Grand Ballroom for 1200 guests featured two 11.5' x 15' main screens and delay screens (all flown), image magnification and video recording of sessions along with PowerPoint and video support.

8K stage lighting (flown) and custom spandex stage elements

Projection and audio support of 26 concurrent workshops over all 3 days, computer support of client offices and computer lab featuring 56 networked laptop computers.
